A little update...

Hey All!

SO things have been super busy around here! I'm currently looking for a full time job, while justin is still working for HD Supply Waterworks. We are so thankful that he still has his job! We recently moved down to irvine and moved in with a wonderful lady! We are renting a room from her to cut costs. She is a wonderful Christian woman who is single and is never home! lol. anywho. We are looking forward to the holidays and spending time with family and friends. Wish me luck on my job search and if anyone knows anything, let me know! Love you all!

Update for May!

Hey Guys! Since Justin and I don't really have an efficient way of posting up pictures, for now we will just kinda update you on whats going on! This past month God has been blessing us tremendously and we see his hand in everything in our lives lately! I lost my job March 28th. The salon I was working at had to shut it's doors. After searching for a new career, yes I said new career, I wasn't able to find much of anything. I applied all day, everyday, and only recieved 2 interviews out of the whole thing. Neither of them were a go. So after much praying and wanting my hair done, I decided to go see my friend Blanca and get my hair done. As we were talking a little fire started up again, and I was back on fire for hair. Weird i know. But, I would have to pay 70 buck in rent a week! so after praying about it that next thursday, she said everything was good to go and she just needed my answer. Well i told her we stilll had to think about it. We weren't going to be able to afford it if i didn't have some sort of income actually coming in. Later that night i get a message from lady that justin and i have done babysitting jobs for and other events and she wants to hire me 2 days a week to clean and nanny! She would pay me $100 a day! what a blessing! So now i am cleaning 2 days a week and working at the salon mondays, thursdays and whenever saturdays i want. It's awesome! I"m so excited to see what God is going to bring to our table! So If you need your hair done! let me know and i'll get you in! Thanks all!

It's been a while....

Hey all!

In the course of our lives....amber has a hard time keeping up. Sorry I haven't keep this up, but I can reassure you, it is time. This will be a running, living, blog spot and update place for justin and myself. And to the best of my ability, i will randomly add pictures if i can figure it out!

As of recently, I have lost my job and am actively looking for a new one. I haven't had much luck, but finally scored 2 interviews today. Both very different, but none the less, jobs. Thanks for the prayers of everyone. Justin has just been doing his thing at work, and we were blessed that he was given over 15 hours of over time and his second job finally called after 2 months of not hearing anything. He also got a 7 dollar raise! God had definately been alive and well in our lives. He is taking good care of us.

Easter weekend was amazing! We had an amazing time with the Fowler Fam and some old friends of my brother's came by to say hi! The babies played together and it was just some good old family cleansing time!

Ali's Dedication/Amy's Birthday/Visiting Aunt Lois!

The last couple weekends has been quite busy and lot's of seeing the Hawkins Family! Yay! The most exciting is two weekends ago when Matt and Amy dedicated their baby girl, Alison Joy. Here they are with Pastor Lance. Auntie Ruthie bought Ali a beautiful new dress, that looked amazing on her. It was such a special time to get to see the Fowler family and just wrap Alison and Matt and Amy with love of family. Amy and Matt are the most amazing parents and Justin and I are really blessed and encouraged by them to be better people as well as taking example of how to be great parents. We have indeed had so much fun! Later that afternoon we celebrated Amy's Birthday by eating a great mexican lunch and playing mini golf! (We all let, or tried, to let Amy win.! We had so much fun playing, and after we went to BJ's for dinner.

This past weekend we all packed up yet again with the Hawkins Fam. and headed up to Arroyo Grande, to go visit our dear AUnt Lois. She is the sweetest woman in the world. We lover her to pieces! We had a good time, we had lunch and took her to the beach! It was quite fun, and had a lot of great family bonding...not to mention aunt lois's first time to meet Ali and Justin. Justin and i have had a great past couple of weeks with the family, but we are tired! Sorry it took so long for another post... we shall try to keep it up more! love you all!

Matt's Birthday!

So the fam bam met up again! The last time we were all together was at the wedding, so it was really nice to be together. Everyone is doing well. We went to Matt's choice, the Griffith Park Observatory. I have to say that place is pretty cool. Justin thought it was gunna be pretty boring, but i think that it ended up being a hit. We then made our way down the hill and went to Micelli's. Great italian food, if you ever want to go, let us know, it's totally worth it. THen we parted ways and went home. Justin and I are so blessed to have such amazing family on both sides.

Matt Just couldn't resist how he felt abot the earth! He was like a kid in a candy store! What a doof!

Welcome!

So Justin and I decided to become part of the cool group, and start blogging. We actually just got sick of myspace and decided to copy Matt and Amy. :) So now that's it's a little over a month since the wedding, our lives are slowly falling into place. Justin just got a slight raise, Praise God! And I, start assisting well, today! i also have my own chair now, which is very exciting as well. I'm excited to see where God is going to lead us this first year. We want to thank everyone who has continually supported us, and kept rooting in our little corner. We thank God everyday for each other and for our amazing family and friends.. Stay tuned, we have lots to post up! Loves.......
